Thank you for your interest in contributing to our Journal. There are two ways to contribute:

  1. Content Share: pay forward a piece of content that you find fruitful. Something you think could benefit others. It can be a podcast, book, article, video, etc., pertaining to personal growth, mindset, addiction, mental health + healing, behavior, resiliency, relationships, life lessons, emotions + feelings, suicide awareness + prevention, etc. You will share a little about why you find it fruitful and why you’re paying it forward. It’s merely about raising up the things that have enriched your life and making it easier for others looking, to find.

  2. Original entry: this is something original written by you. This can be a personal story, point of view, or interview.

WORD REQUIREMENT: 600-1200 words

QUOTED CONTENT: for content shares, please pull no more than 500 words from the content you are paying forward to include in your entry. Our goal is not to share too much—just enough for a “taste test.” The goal is to connect people to the original source and creator of the content. If the content is short, that will mean we quote less. If the content piece is long, we can pull up to 500 words, but no more.
